Chapter 109: interrupted
Alex leaned in, his lips crashing into Velenda’s with a spark that lit up the dim bedroom. The bed was a mess of tangled sheets, their bodies pressed tight, his arm slung around her waist like he was claiming her.
The faint glow of her phone screen on the nightstand flickered, casting soft shadows over their skin.
Her lips were soft, warm, tasting faintly of cherry lip gloss, and the kiss turned electric fast—tongues tangling, breaths mixing, a hungry edge that had them both buzzing.
Velenda’s fingers dug into his hair, tugging him closer, her body curving into his like she couldn’t get enough.
His hand, lazy at her hip, started roaming, skimming the smooth dip of her waist, the curve of her spine under her cropped tank top. The fabric was thin, barely there, and he could feel the heat of her skin through it.
Their kiss deepened, sloppy and desperate, her little gasps sending a jolt straight through him. Alex’s fingers found the hem of her top, teasing it up, testing her reaction.
Velenda arched closer, a silent hell yes, and he slid his hand under, grazing her flat stomach, inching higher until his thumb brushed the swell of her breast.
She froze for a split second, then melted, her nipple already hard under the lacy bra, begging for attention.
He circled it with his thumb, slow and teasing, feeling it perk up even more. Velenda broke the kiss, head tipping back, a soft "Alex..." slipping out, all breathy and needy. Her voice was pure fire, and it sent a rush through him, his lips finding her neck, kissing that spot where her pulse hammered.
