Chapter 461: Beg And Kneel!
"Beg her?" the words sunned Priscilia. Her face went red instantly and she gritted her teeth. "Over my dead body!" never! She would neve bow her head in front of Nora.
Alric shrugged, not at all surprised by her attitude. But the vicious glint in his eyes told Nora, he would not let priscilla go without begging.
"Suit yourself." Priscilia;s chest was heaving with rage. Gritting her teeth, she turned to the left. The man would regret later and then she would be the one laughing. She would return with videos next time. But before she could step out of the door, he called for her again.
"But the moment you leave, I will destroy your son." the woman froze. Her left foot in the mid air. "He would end up in jail for fraud. And all the assets belonging to him would be seized by the taxation dept." all the color drained from her face but when she looked at him, he seemed to be leisurely playing with Nora’s hair.
The look of adoration on his face did not match his cold words at all.
"You are lying!" Pricilia held the purse tightly in her hands until her knuckles turned white. "My son has worked hard. He had a lot of properties and.."
"Oh come on!" Alric laughed. For some reason Nora’s heart fluttered. Alric looked too dashing when he abused his powers. She never knew she had a thing for villainous traits. "We both know the crimes your son has committed. But if you want to put an act till the end, go ahead." he pointed at the door.
But Pricilia does not move. She was frozen to her place as she shot daggers at Nora. she gulped and walked closer to the chair again. Nora leaned on the chair and folded her legs on the table like a queen.
"I apologize for my rudeness. Please forgive me, miss Stone. And I beg you to let go of my son." her stiff voice was full of reluctance.
