Chapter 390: Send Him To Hospital
"Hello!" Nora pushed Alric’s warm arms away and sat up. Her phone had been ringing for a long time but she ignored it. But it only rang with more urgency.
Last night, they kissed each other and slept in bed planning about their kids. A boy and a girl. A girl! For the first time, Nora felt the courage to accept her again.
"Madam, it’s Jane. a girl named Emma had been transferred to our hospital. She said that she is your friend and I must contact you as soon as possible. Do you know her." All the sleep disappeared from Nora’s eyes immediately.
"Yes, how did she get injured? Is she serious?" Nora pushed the blanked away and stood up immediately.
Alric frowned and looked at her pale face in confusion.
"Mam, she hasn’t suffered any injuries but her life is not in danger. She wants to meet you as soon as possible." Nora had already reached her closet.
"I will be there in five minutes." she took out a top and jeans and went to washroom to wash her face and change her clothes
When she came out, Alric was leaning near the door. He looked at her with worry.
"I have sent Emma to spy on Benard. She had come injured. I am worried that Benard had harmed her because of me." if only she had warned Emma further or hired professionals for the job.
