Chapter 348: You Have Killed her
"Ha! And you want me to believe in it?" Sophia sneered. Yet she could not let go of the temptation. She glared at the man sitting beside her before pulling her seat and sitting on it.
"Marion, you can leave if you want to. The family drama could be dirty sometimes." she had noticed how Marion was glaring at the woman already due to her tone. Yet when he turned to look at her, his face was full of smiles.
"Nah! This was the first time you have invited me for dinner. How could I let go of this chance? I will wait till she leaves." Nora shrugged and then looked at her displeased aunt.
"Ask him to leave again." Sophia declared when their eyes met. Nora rolled her eyes. What made the woman think she still rolled the dice!?
"I have asked him as you have heard." she smiled but the warmth did not reach her eyes. "Nora turned eighteen today. I thought you all would be busy celebrating." Nora raised a brow. Penny flinched at the side. Her rage made her tremble. "Serve a glass to my aunt."
Sophia scowled at Nora.
"It was all your mistake. If not for you! Don’t think I do not know that you have planned the auction incident. All those insults you have thrown to us! You will pay for them." Nora laughed looking at the ugly face of her aunt.
She leaned toward the woman with her eyes cold and dark.
"If i will be punished for telling the truth, should you not be punished first for killing my parents." Marion gasped and looked at the woman with a petrified gaze.
