"..." Penny was stunned as her mother reprimanded her harshly. This was the first time her mother had scolded her in public. Even when she had slapped Nora, she was not scolded this much.
She felt unjustified, her eyes turned misty at once and she bit her lips tightly. Even the taste of blood in her mouth did not make her feel better.
"Nora, sit in the front with me." David frowned as the mother and daughter created a scene. He glared at them as he waved his hands toward Nora.
