"You want us to believe that a student has found a cure for cancer! Do we all look like fools to you?"
"Mr Kai, even if you wanted to make a story, you should have made it more believable. Now you will say that she had a plan to launch the rocket to mars!"
They all looked baffled and frowned. Principal Kai sighed. He knew it was unbelievable. Even he was full of disbelief when he had heard about the condition and Nora had accepted it. Even now, he could not believe it.
"I never said she had found a cure! I said she had written a thesis about it." he spoke softly, sighing. "I understand your doubts. But I have proof." he explained only for Mr Palmer to laugh.
"Proofs! They can be made easily. These kinds of thesis were sold in Pennies. And looking at the attitude of her family, a person with an eye can see what happened!" He gave a meaningful look to Sophia Stone. Sohpia rolled her eyes but she knew better that she had not sent a single coin to Nora all this time.
They thought that she would return to starving.
"That is enough! Since the matter is cleared. Let’s leave." She wanted to leave this place and confront Nora.
"Well, no matter what has happened. There is a clause stating that a person can skip giving an exam if he has a research paper. It has just never happened before so many do not know it. Nora had submitted the research paper directly at Onexford University and they had accepted it. If you want to question, go and question them." he shrugged as he took out the papers.
The journalists had arrived by now. They were afraid that they would have to fight their way inside. But they never knew that school staff was so cooperative. The peon had personally opened the door for them and let them in.
