Chapter 189: Running Away!
"Are you sure she had run away with Alex?" Megan could not help but ask Penny. She held the phone tightly and whispered in a low voice, afraid that someone might hear her.
Penny was sitting in the spa. Her hair was inside the spa machine while a face mask on her face. She wanted to frown but did not.
"Does it matter? Alex’s family holds power. You can not take his name. Didn’t you write that she had run away with a man? Why bother to take a name? If asked, you can say the man did not belong to the school. Or bribe a cleaner or random worker to testify that she had run away with him. As long as there is money, proofs can be created anytime." Penny explained in detail. Her anger rose when only silence mocked her in reply.

"Miss Megan, you are the warden here. A woman with power while Nora was just a student. No matter what she does, she could not outpower you. Not to forget that she had indeed been absent from the school for three days. There is nothing she could do to prove her innocence this time as long as you stick to the fact that she had run away. Her character is not good for the other students.
