Chapter 130: Planned Trap
Penny eyed Emma as soon as she entered the class. Their eyes met for a second before looking away. Emma nodded in that second and Penny’s hands clenched.
"Everyone.." She called the class in a melodious voice. "It has been a long time since we all were pressured by the exams." many raised their heads and sighed. The girl looked at books in their hands with worry.
"But you are not giving the terminal exam." someone shouted in the crowd. But Penny only nodded with a smile instead of getting angry.
"You are right!" She looked at the book in her hands. "But the inter school exam is just as difficult and I am feeling burdened by it. So, I can feel how much you all are feeling burdened too."
They all glared at the person. The inter school exam would be much more difficult. Penny was giving face that they are equal since a fool painted like that.
"It had been days since I last slept because I was busy preparing notes of important questions. I have studied exam papers for the last twenty years and ask for the guidance from a few experienced teachers and seniors.
Miss Amaya was kind enough to guide me personally too. And after so much hard work, I have prepared these notes." She raised her head enough so that everyone could see the files in her hands.
Their eyes filled with envy while a few boys looked at her with appreciation. Penny had always been kind and hardworking. They were sure she would give notes to them if they asked her enough.
"But I do not want to keep them for myself alone. So how about I arrange a large screen in the library and we can study the notes together?" Whispers filled the class.
