Chapter 73: The Plan Failed
"I have already checked. The cameras are not working." The girl smiled sweetly but her eyes were cold and sinister. "Since you have a habit of getting injured and accusing others for it. You can do it this time too. I want to see how many will still believe you when you start pointing your fingers on everyone." The look of arrogance and joy on her face told Nora that the girl had planned it well.
But could a girl plan so much alone?
"Did Penny send you here?" Nora asked without a hint of fear on her soft face. The girl blinked, surprised more by the calm tone than the question she had asked, but then laughed loudly.
"You must have experienced the trauma of your sister or why would you accuse her for everything that happened in your life?" the girl had already walked closer and was standing only two feet away now. She had her hands folded in front of her chest and looked at Nora mockingly. "I am here on my own will. How could you flirt with all the men and still act all innocent. I am disgusted by your presence so i want to teach you a lesson." as she spoke icily, her hands covered Nora’s shoulders. She was holding her tightly in her grip and leaned her on the window behind her.
She had only come to scare Nora so that she would stay away from Alex and Victor. She had no intention of pushing Nora from the window. But she still pressed her tightly to make it look real.
But Nora did not look scared at all. The smile on her face was full of ridicule and pity making the girl flinch.
"Why? What happened? Are you not pushing me anymore?" Nora provoked the girl without a fear, making the girl tremble with rage.
"Do you think I will not dare? No one would know what happened here." she screamed in a cold voice, her nails digging deeper into Nora’s shoulder. Nora had the strength to push that girl away. Despite being injured, she could kick this girl and punish her. But she did not do it and stared at the girl deeply.
Her look irritated the girl and she gritted her teeth. She was scared of hurting Nora but in her rage, she did not pay much attention as before.
"You think I will not hurt you?" the girl asked, making Nora smile. Her lips curled up but the smile was enough to leave goosebumps. From the start, she was not scared even a bit. She held the girl’s hands from her shoulder and moved them to her neck.
