Chapter 46: Was She Pregnant?
Before Nora returned to the dormitory, Penny had a humble smile on her face as her classmates consoled her.
"No one will attack you with your sister. Though I felt she had talent. If she wanted to waste it then let her do it. Why are you blaming yourself for her behavior?" Lisa spoke in a soft manner. Linda nodded too but her face had a hint of doubt.
"But I do not understand why she would do it? If she was going to the doctor. She would get permission easily." Penny stiffened and then shook her head, unshed tears started to fill her eyes again.
"I do not know. First she had been strangled by her friends and now this. I do not know who she is meeting these days and why she needs to visit the doctor at night! She is just seventeen. How could she make such a big mistake?" Penny bit her lips as her eyes widened. She looked at her friends petrified.
"I... I did not say anything. You did not hear anything. My sister is still a virgin." if one had doubts before. This line cleared it all. Could it be that Nora had already been in a relationship and got pregnant by it?
Her boyfriend strangled her because she was pregnant and now she was trying to get rid of the child. Wild thoughts started to fill their minds. They gasped and covered their mouth to stop themselves from screaming.
They were not from rich families like others. Both Lisa and Linda were from a middle class family. They were here through scholarships. So, they value study too much.
A girl with such a messy lifestyle would leave a bad influence for them.
"Even if she is good at studies. I do not want to share the room with her." Linda rubbed her forehead. That was the moment when the door of the dorm opened and Nora walked in.
