Chapter 46 The Wrong Place to Wake
In a dimly lit room, the figure of a slender girl lay unconscious on a large master bed. Her long black hair spread across the pillow. She wore a casual grey shirt that seemed larger for her frame, the remaining part of her lay hidden underneath the cover.
Her eyelids fluttered before opening. The smell of a strong fragrance invaded her nostrils, the distinct scent of a man.
Her hand unconsciously slipped to her side, searching for something, but it found none. Then she instinctively reached into her pocket, but there was nothing.
Her brows furrowed. She groaned, having sat up too quickly. Her vision was blurry. She knew something was supposed to be there, why couldn't she find anything.
Her chest heaved up and down in an unnatural way, her heart was beating too fast, and beads of cold sweat forming on her skin. Panic surged within her.
'Breathe Olivia, Breathe..' she chanted, as she tried to calm her racing heart down. Her sweaty hand clenched at the cover, ' Why can't I remember no matter how hard I try.' Tears dripped down her eyes, and she felt the air drying up from her chest like she was being pressured by a mountain. Her breathing turned into wheezing.
Everything turned black.

A couple of hours later, the room darkened as the sun went down. The bulb light dimmed faintly in the room.
