My Cold-Hearted Husband Wants Me Back

Chapter 67: A Piece Of Paper, A Name And Numbers

Lunara blinked at the outstretched hand before her, momentarily taken aback by Amara’s poised presence. Recovering quickly, she offered a small, polite handshake.

"Nice to meet you," Lunara said, her tone neutral.

Amara’s smile remained perfectly in place as she turned her attention to Eryx. "Mila’s been talking about her ’mommy’ non-stop," she said lightly. "It’s quite adorable, really." She then continued after shifting her eyes to Lunara, "So, you are...?"

"Introducing my wife, Lunara." Eryx suddenly introduced her as his wife.

Lunara’s mind went blank for a second.

She turned to Eryx, staring at him like he’d lost his mind. The same man who had insisted that they keep their marriage a secret had just casually introduced her as his wife.

Was he suffering from memory loss? A sudden change of heart? Or did he just enjoy making her life more complicated?

Lunara forced a polite smile, choosing her words carefully. "Well, that’s quite the sudden introduction." Her gaze flicked toward Eryx, but his face remained unreadable, offering her no clues.

Amara chuckled softly, her perfectly manicured fingers brushing against her chin. "How interesting," she mused. "Mr. Grantham never mentioned he was married."
