After a few months of rhat incident, Dante had told him about his father being attacked, during a call. Senior Simon was shocked to hear it. After all, it was a huge thing, and he remember Dante being in a very tight space during those time. So that was when it happened.

"That was why, I did not come to Dove. I could not put the woman I love and the mother of my child in every potential danger even after knowing everything." Senior Sterling nodded a little, now convinced with his situation. Thinking about it, Dante did the right thing around that time.

"But," Dante spoke again. "I did make sure she gets a letter telling that she is not alone. But I don’t know if she believed the letter or not."

After Dante came up with everything and confessed it all to Senior Sterling, everything about it, slowly started making sense. But what still remained a question was that, why did Dove tell him ’Dante’s name, when he asked for who the man was. Was it just her telling him a random name in the spur of moment? Senior Sterling wondered. Because that felt the most believable answer for now.

-Then Senior Sterling eyed Dante and asked, "And now? Now I see that everything is right. And Fort Groups, is in a very good position."

And at this question, Dante pursed his lips feeling a little embarrassed as well as guilty hearing it from Senior Sterling. He felt like he was lacking. Clearing his throat, he said, "Grandpa, I was about to. I have been planning to approach her for quite some time now. But I..." Dante did not know how to put his feelings in words and he said, "I am afraid! I am afraid that she will may be not give me a chance. Senior Sterling frowned a little at this, and the next second any of them knew, Dante got up from his place, before rushing towards Senior Sterling and fell on his knees, in front of him.

But trust me, grandpa, I too had no other option. And that night, that night was a complete accident. If I had ever known that or had been in the right state of my mind. I would never let it happen. I am guilty, but still I want everything that it is now. I want Dove, grandpa. And I also want Gavriel.
