Chapter 35: Yeah, I guess a hug would be nice
I left the company and went straight home. It was almost evening but I needed the rest so as soon as I got home, I went straight to bed.
Lily crawled up to me and purred in my ear, probably asking me if I got fired already. Yeah, she was a bit sarcastic in my own interpretation.
I hugged her and luckily, she didn’t reject me and from there, I didn’t even know when I fell asleep.
I woke up to the constant knocking on my door.
"Who...?" I wondered.
It was probably evening but... Was I expecting anyone? Who could it be?
I dragged my lazy ass to the door while still feeling sleepy. I’d probably go back to sleep after seeing who was at the door.
The knocking became persistent and a bit alarming that I had to check the intercom to know who it was before actually opening the door.
"Who... Who is it?" I asked.
"Hyung." I heard Seojin’s voice and my sleepy eyes grew wide, finally seeing the twins at the other side of my door. "Are you okay? Why aren’t you answering your phone? I hope nothing bad happened to you. I was so worried. Hyung, please open the door."
His words came in all at once, making me confused. Why was he here and why did he look so worried?
