Briar felt like a rabbit cornered by a massive wolf.
First, she had been forcefully summoned into the human world. Then, before she could even grasp her situation, she was bound into a Master-Servant Soul Contract with a human!
And just when she thought things couldn't possibly get any worse, she was now suffering the consequences of rejecting the contract. The curse was in full effect, flooding her body with an unbearable heat, and her limbs trembled from the aphrodisiac effects.
To make matters even more infuriating, there was only one way to make it stop. She had to accept the human before her as her master!
The mere thought made her want to scream.
