Chapter 35: I’m Not Done With You Princess
Leo reluctantly pulled away from Roxy but Agatha called the group together. With a commanding tone, she announced, ’’We’re just a few days away from the capital, but many of us are exhausted and need rest. I’ve decided we’ll camp here for the next two nights. Set up the tents and ensure the Runes are activated to protect us from the monsters.’’
Following that, Roxy dragged him to a secluded spot by the lake and started creating Runes in a large circle. Leo watched this with a raised eyebrow and questioned, ’’When did you learn to do that?’’
The blonde glanced up with a sweet smile while answering, ’’Well, Agatha showed me one night as it’s a useful skill while in the Wildlands as she called it.’’
Leo nodded as two soldiers gave him a tent before returning to their tasks. He quickly set it up while Roxy finished with the Runes and found three chairs for them, it took him ten minutes to set their tent up and once it was done he sat down.
He pulled out a bottle of Elven Ember Ale and a couple of sizzling Basilisk Steaks, handing one to Roxy. Together, they started eating, savoring the rich flavors with each bite as the soldiers went about securing the area.
While sitting there Leo looked over to the lake and noticed that it had started raining but the Runes activated. He watched as the weather was stopped by a translucent shield that suddenly appeared.
Leo shrugged before drinking more ale and it started to affect him, he started getting touchy with Roxy who welcomed his advances with a lewd grin, ’’You cannot keep your hands off little ol me baby, even though you have others I know you will always want me.’’
He leaned in and whispered something that made the blonde tremble as she nodded, ’’Yes we can make love tonight, let me get buzzed then we’ll go inside.’’
Following that, the couple continued drinking and eating until Roxy grabbed his hand before dragging him into the tent. They started making love causing her to scream out as the pleasure overwhelmed her.
