[BL] Dear Hushand, I want divorce

Chapter 83: What is the real truth?

Elijah’s pov ;

I pulled out my phone to dial Thomas’s number. It rang for what felt like an eternity before he finally answered.

"Thomas, I need a final report on that accident," I stated firmly, gripping the phone tighter. "I want to know every detail about Ash’s whereabouts before and after the incident. Did he sustain any injuries as well?"

There was a heavy sigh on the other end of the line. "Elijah, I included everything I found in the last report I gave you. I combed through all the evidence and witness statements."

"I need you to go deeper this time," I insisted. "Leave no stone unturned."

After a brief pause, he agreed. "Alright, I’ll dig deeper and see what else I can uncover."

I ended the call just as Ash emerged from the shower, droplets of water cascading down his adorably slim body. His curious gaze met mine as he asked, "Who were you talking to?"

I closed the distance between us, pressing my lips to his and trailing kisses down his bare neck. "Oh, it was just Daniel," I lied smoothly, trying to maintain a calm facade. "Something came up at work and I have to go back for a bit. But don’t worry, I’ll be back soon."

My heart raced with guilt as I had to leave him behind for a while.

He grumbled as his arms crossed tightly around my neck in defiance. "But I don’t want you to go."

In response, I silenced him with a gentle bite on his nipple, feeling his body tense and his eyes flutter closed as a soft moan escaped his lips. My hands trailed down his sides, giving his round butt a hard squeeze. It felt amazing under my touch.
