Chapter 67: Let’s begin the game of seduction

He guided me through the doorway and into a bright, spacious room. I followed his footsteps as he led me towards the open balcony, where a gleaming telescope was set up, its metal frame glinting in the moonlight.
"Here," he said with a smile, gesturing to the instrument. "Take a look."
Curiosity piqued, I peered through the eyepiece and my eyes widened in wonder. A meteor shower was painting the sky with streaks of light and colours. The sight was nothing short of breathtaking.
I watched in awe as each blazing meteor shot across the vast expanse of darkness, filling me with a sense of awe and amazement. It was like being part of something magical and larger than life.
"Wow," I gasped, struggling to find words to describe the beauty before me.
Elijah chuckled softly beside me, his amusement evident. "Beautiful, isn’t it?" he asked, his voice filled with pride. "I knew you’d love it."
I could only nod, still unable to tear my gaze away from the incredible display above us.
"This is amazing," I finally murmured, my heart overflowing with joy and astonishment.
"You have no idea how hard it was to secure an exact spot for this view," Elijah confessed, his tone soft but full of excitement. "But it’s worth every effort, don’t you think?"
With a wide grin, I nodded once again. This was more than worth it- it was pure magic.
