For some, darkness never gave comfort. But for Xing she was oddly attracted to darkness both in a person and she also loved nights more than mornings.

"Don’t care, she’s dead. We are alive. Xinxin is happy with us. Why change everything? If that fool still cannot take care of the Empire, let’s end him. Why bother disturb our life for him? Let’s make Ryuga Emperor", he spoke with his voice soothing and his hands gently traced through her spine and rested at the small of her back. He was angry at her but he loved her too.

Xing sighed. Apparently the Water Emperor went on a killing spree the past three months ending all the families related to the dowager as he got definite proof that the dowager was the one responsible for everything happened to his wife and his previous unborn children.

Ryuga didn’t know what the dowager told their Emperor but the Emperor started killing from that day on, without even considering the repercussions and now the court is in disarray as many noble families were purged from existence.

But the Water Emperor knowing it all, just doesn’t care for anything. He just drinks and sleeps around with women at nights and annihilated anyone who gives him advice during the day.
