Chapter 69: Desperate
Lilac
The kiss wasn’t soft. It was consuming, fast and mind blowing. My mind completely went black, my head growing empty as his lips moved over my mine in a way that made my legs grow weak as I whimpered into his mouth. I felt hot everywhere and his hands felt like they were burning into my cheeks. His tongue snaked over my bottom lip and into my mooth and I moaned, shuddering against him as pleasure slither down my body like water.
When he pulled out of the kiss, I was gasping for breath and struggling to keep my eyes open.
His hands slid down my face, over my shoulder to settle behind my waist, which he used to pin me hard against his chest.
"I gave you a chance to run, little human." He let out in a gravelly voice and I felt a tremor racked through my body. I was so nervous, so frightened, but also so excited and so aroused, all at the same time. My heart was pounding but at the same moment, my stomach was clenching so tightly, I fear I might develop stomach problems at this point.
"I- I don’t wanna run." I blurted out before I could think twice.
Sloan chuckled above me as he clicked his tongue twice in his mouth, then he was leaning down till his lips was lightly brushing against mine as he spoke..
"Little liar. I can smell your fear."
My eyes widened and my cheeks flushed, right before he gave me a searing kiss, and again, when he pulled away, I was gasping for breath and at the same time, I was gripping his shirt tightly because it felt like I might fall if I don’t hold into something like I’m currently doing.
"I’m not scared." I whispered after a few moments, knowing that I was lying through my teeth right now, but I didn’t care. I didn’t want him to send me away. I’ve never felt this raw intensity before, nor have I ever desired anyone before.
