When she got back, it was after midnight and she checked her phone as she prepared to retire for the night.

Although it was short and straight to the point, it made her light up in many ways she could never imagine.

Unlike Waylon, who is cautious, when she comes across people she likes, Diamond is someone who likes testing the waters and checking boundaries.

After that message, she replied to other messages before finally going to bed.
