The Return of the Cannon Fodder Trillion Heiress

Chapter 249 Logan Walker

Gradually, their small group grew larger as more freshmen joined when they heard that a senior was leading them to the event center. This unexpected guidance turned out to be the answer to their prayers.

Every time Hera glanced back to speak with the freshmen following her, she noticed their numbers growing, making her lips twitch slightly. She wasn’t sure whether to laugh, but she held it in, knowing she was just helping her schoolmates. The tall nerd still walked behind her, sticking out like a sore thumb among the other freshmen due to his height. No one tried to push past him to get closer to Hera; in a way, he acted like a bodyguard, silently maintaining order and preventing anyone from being shoved aside.

After more than 20 minutes of walking, they finally reached the dome-like event center, capable of accommodating thousands of people. Many students were already streaming inside, finding their classes and seats.

After reaching the entrance, Hera waved at the freshmen, who thanked her before entering the event center with pure excitement.

"Senior, thank you for leading us here." The tall guy bowed slightly to Hera, expressing his gratitude with a cool smile on his lips.

"No worries. What course are you taking?" Hera asked casually, not particularly curious. She was unsure what else to say after fulfilling her role as a senior, feeling a bit awkward about leaving abruptly. She didn’t expect much of a reply either way.

"I’m studying Music and Composition, senior," the tall guy replied, his smile genuine and reflecting his obvious passion for music. "I’m Logan Walker," he introduced himself, extending his hand to Hera.

Hera tilted her head slightly, the name Logan Walker ringing a faint bell in her memory, though she couldn’t quite place where she’d heard it before. Deciding it might be a common name, she let it go.

"Music and Composition, no wonder your voice has such a tone and melody to it," she remarked, offering a generous compliment. "You must be a talented singer." Hera genuinely admired his voice, finding it pleasing to the ear.
