Chapter 280: Ava’s worry
His heart pounded, a feeling of exhilaration surging through him. "Are you sure?" he asked as if he was afraid this was just a dream.
Ava gave a firm nod. She had made her decision—not out of impulse, but from the deep understanding that she wanted to move forward with him. That she wanted to choose him, again and always.
A slow grin spread across Dylan’s face, his pulse racing with excitement. "Tomorrow," he declared, "I’ll have the lawyer arrange everything."
Before she could respond, he sealed the moment with a kiss. He held her close, his lips moving over hers as if savoring the taste of this new beginning.
"And this time," he whispered against her lips, "I’ll give you a wedding so grand that the whole world will know you belong to me."
Dylan was consumed by a sense of fulfillment and anticipation, the thrill of getting remarried to Ava making his heart race. He was thankful to her for finally taking him back fully.
As he kissed her deeper, he felt an uncontrollable surge of emotion, his hands roaming over her skin, his body heated with desire yet again.
"Wait." But then, Ava pulled back, stopping him from advancing further. "I need to tell you something."
He was so lost in the moment that it took him a second to respond. "No talks now," he said, pulling her closer, his lips hovering near hers. "I want to get lost in you. We can talk tomorrow."
