The Demon Lord's Bride (BL)

Thankfully, no one barged into the Lord’s office while I was there and making out with Natha. Perhaps Eruha told them not no disturb us, or perhaps they just didn’t dare to go inside until Natha summoned them.

At any rate, I was spared from further embarrassment, and Natha was pleased enough at my reasoning that he permitted me to have that lessons with Lesta and Eruha.

So it was all good.

When I first arrived here a few days ago, I thought I would have to stay quietly in the private quarters. Since he said it was a trial, I thought I wouldn’t meet with anyone but the servants.

I certainly did not expect to arrive in front of all his vassals, or ended up spending a nice and friendly time with half of them. I especially never thought I’d get to reconcile with the bald one—Caba was it?

Ignoring the time when I cried my heart out above the lake, or when I got a nightmare I did not remember, I could say my time here was turning out to be quite good and productive—especially when I found out about the ’failed product’ which became one of my homework now.

I had been so worried and filled with anxiety before, but not once had I received scorn like I was afraid of. I should have known though, with Natha’s personality, there was no way any of the staff would dare express their concern about me, since it would mean challenging the Lord’s decision.

While I had only explored a tiny part of the big castle, and only met a handful of demons, I could safely say that I didn’t mind staying here.

Not now, though.
