"Oh well, since this body of mine won’t listen I’ll just increase my XP," she muttered to herself, deciding to fill her day with something thrilling.
Without wasting time, she picked up her phone and dialed Stephen Colbert, her agent. Stephen had always been dependable, even if his company was struggling. She knew he would jump at the chance to assist her.
The phone rang only once before Stephen’s enthusiastic voice filled the line.
"Remillia? I’m so glad you contacted me again! I was beginning to think you’d switched agents on me."
"I just got busy these past few days and how could I forget you? You’re the first agent one who approached me."
He only chuckled, "So what time should we meet?"
"Meet me at 1 PM, same location as before," Remillia replied, already planning the hunt in her mind.
Stephen’s excitement was palpable. "Why don’t I pick you up at Athelyn?"
Remillia paused, sensing something more in his tone. "Oh? Don’t tell me...?"
"Yes!" Stephen couldn’t contain his joy. "It’s all thanks to you that I’ve finally managed to get my own car! Although, it’s on an installment plan, but still!"
"Well, good for you," Remillia said, a small smile tugging at her lips. It was nice to hear that her support had made a difference.
