“Okay.” Weiwei carried Kui Yi as they slowly moved up the stairs. The blood dripped on the ground, dyeing Weiwei’s shoes. Finally, they arrived at the fourth-floor nurse station. However, they could see through the glass that it was vacant.
“This is bad!” Weiwei frowned.
“It’s fine.” Kui Yi said through his breaths. “Let’s go in first. There should be some medical supplies. I can… do some simple bandages.”
“Your wounds are so bad. What if it gets infected?” Weiwei was concerned.
“We don’t have time. Carry me in first!” Kui Yi urged. The door was unlocked. Perhaps the nurse was lazy. After they got in, Weiwei placed Kui Yi down and started to search for the emergency supply. Finally, they found several large bandages and several bottles of glass medicine out of an eye-catching wooden box. Kui Yi accepted them and swiftly bandaged his wound. Even though it was rough, it was effective. This was not the first time he did this. It was hard to imagine what the man had experienced.
Weiwei sighed when the bleeding stopped. She turned and tried to search for other medicines. However, when she glanced at the door, her eyes couldn’t move away. It was a strange feeling. There was nothing near the door. It was extremely clean, but she felt like she had forgotten something important. Then, Weiwei’s eyes shook. She finally realised why she felt like that. It was the ground!
The marble floor was so clean that she could see her reflection clearly. There was not a single bloodstain.
