Jane Auclair and her daughter finally stopped coming, but the resentful look in Jane’s eyes when she left made her feel alarmed. She knew that this woman must have some tactics and would not show any mercy.
"Is that so? You must be tired too. Go back to your room and rest early." Cole Duncan’s mood was not high and he didn’t want to talk.
"..." Mrs. Duncan looked at her son, who was closing his eyes and leaning back. Some words she wanted to say, but she ultimately restrained herself. "Alright, Cole, you should rest early too. I’ll go back to my room first."
"Mm." Cole Duncan replied softly.
The next day, Mrs. Duncan found the residential area Caroline Ruiz recommended according to the address. The management of the residential area was quite comprehensive. Mrs. Duncan had to register all the required information before they let her in to find the landlord.
