She hated anyone stealing her husband from her, even if it was her own daughter.
"Who said it’s definitely a girl in there? Maybe it’s a boy!" Megan Clifton frowned, unwilling to give in to Andy Aguirre’s wishes.
"At first, I said it was a boy, and you said it was a girl. Fine, now I agree with you, but now you’re saying it’s a boy again. Are you just trying to oppose me at every turn?" Andy Aguirre also furrowed his eyebrows, feigning anger.
Ever since he agreed to date Megan Clifton, he had been extremely accommodating to her, going along with whatever she said.

Carolline Ruiz didn’t want to be the third wheel anymore, so she walked a little faster and got into Bryan Hawkins’s private car. Andy Aguirre and Megan Clifton followed suit and conscientiously got in the front seats.

"Aren’t you hosting tonight? Aren’t you going to drink wine? I’m not driving so I can drive you two later." Andy Aguirre rolled his eyes, feeling like his good intentions had been treated as ill intentions. He was now a man caring for a pregnant woman, so he had the right to refuse alcohol because drinking was bad for the fetus and the expectant mother. It could affect both of them.
Therefore, whenever he attended an occasional hospital gathering, no one would force him to drink. After all, getting him drunk and leaving a pregnant woman to look after him would be inappropriate.
But for Bryan Hawkins, it was different. Since he invited Carolline Ruiz’s colleagues to dinner, he should be prepared to drink with them.
