Chapter 50: Shentu Jing, you’re really evil
Bai Qianhua managed to persuade Xu Meng to have lunch with her. They went to a restaurant. Bai Qianhua wanted to go to a normal restaurant but Xu Meng insisted on a high class one. He wanted to give her the best of everything. Bai Qianhua was actually smiling in her heart because she actually wanted to go to a high class restaurant! She played the part of a considerate and understanding woman as she didn’t want to appear as a money hungry person. Thank God Xu Meng doted so much on her that he wasn’t willing to let her stomach suffer!
She wrapped her hands around Xu Meng’s arm and they strolled into the restaurant.
She took the chance to call her brother, Bai Qiu when Xu Meng went to the restroom.
"Brother, I want you find out who that man is. Hurry!" Bai Qianhua acted like a spoiled child. Ever since she saw that man whom Qin Zhuzhu claimed was her fiancé, she kept on thinking about how beautiful his face was. He was definitely more handsome than Xu Meng! She was captivated by him! He had to be some big shot to be able to attend the exhibition.
"Alright, my dear sister," Bai Qiu said. A few moments later, he spoke up.
"Sister, I can’t find anything on that man. It’s very hard to find him or even a photo of him. I don’t think he appear in public much,"
Bai Qianhua was frustrated! How could her brother be so useless!?
She didn’t believe that Qin Zhuzhu could move on so fast. Why was this Qin Zhuzhu so lucky? Bai Qianhua had intended to make her suffer. Even if it meant snatching away Qin Zhuzhu’s new handsome fiancé, she, Bai Qianhua, wouldn’t hesitate.
Meanwhile, three men could be seen sitting on the bench in a public park. Pigeons flew around here and there, pecking the ground for food. In the distance, some elderly people were dancing to upbeat music. The atmosphere was lively and fun, except for the three men who shared gloomy expressions.
"Last time, Bai Qianhua’s brother Bai Qiu spreaded multiple rumours about Miss Qin online. It seemed like he had real photos of Miss Qin. He must have been there at that exhibition or he hired someone to do the job!" Han Juexian contemplated.
"Why does Miss Bai Qianhua keep attacking boss’ future wife? I thought she already has Xu Meng. Isn’t Xu Meng rich and handsome?" Ding Yu asked innocently.
