Transmigrated as the Novel's Final Boss

Chapter 103:Practical Preparation [4]

Waking up Friday morning, my entire body ached, particularly my chest, where countless plastic bullets had hit me from yesterday’s training session with Daisy.

Since I had refused to use my right eye, wanting to save it for the Practical exam today, I hadn’t been able to dodge as many bullets.

There was a clear difference in my abilities when I didn’t use my right eye versus when I did.

Instead of the usual ricochet activity, Daisy and I sparred; however, throughout the entire three-hour session, I didn’t land a single hit.

I hadn’t even gotten within a foot’s distance of her, as I would just be bombarded by bullets and pushed backward.

However, I didn’t complain because I could see clear results.

My tempo lines, not just with bullets but everything in general, were getting clearer and less shaky as my perception and Tempo stat increased heavily.

Swordmanship-wise, I hadn’t done much training since the class on Tuesday, but on Wednesday, I had visited the training hall during my free time after class.

There, I had seen Evangel, whom I already knew would be there, and surprisingly, Liam, who seemed to have gained some sort of inferiority complex upon losing to Evangel on Tuesday.

When I had walked in, the two of them had been silently training on opposite sides of the training hall against wooden dummies for who knows how long.

Wearing her usual emotionless expression, Evangel gracefully swung at the dummy in calm strikes, like the waves crashing against a beach’s shore.
