Chapter 55 – Chaos in the Orc Village and Auto-Leveling
The sound of countless footsteps thundered across the ground.
HUD! THUD! THUD!
The once-peaceful grassy plains trembled beneath the weight of the approaching dead. Thousands of zombies surrounded the orc village nestled in the center of the open field. Among the horde, two massive, iron-skinned zombies—Tanks—charged like wild bulls, smashing through anything in their path.
CRACK! BOOM!
A wooden wall of the orc village shattered instantly under their impact, sending orcs screaming in panic. Without a chieftain to lead them, their defense was utterly disorganized. Some tried to fight back with crude weapons, but their formation was broken, and no commands could be heard.
I sat calmly on a thick tree branch not far from the battlefield. My body remained still, but my undead eyes observed the chaos below with sharp focus.Beneath me, Tyrant stood tall like a personal sentinel, unmoving. His arms crossed over his chest, his eyes vacant yet intimidating.
On the battlefield, three Hunter zombies moved like shadowy assassins. SLASH! SLASH! Their sharp claws tore through orcs with terrifying speed. Green orc blood splattered into the air, staining the grass and dirt below.
"GRAAAAAHHH!!!"A Witch’s shriek pierced the air, throwing several orcs into a state of sudden dizziness. Some dropped their weapons, stunned, and were immediately pounced upon by waiting zombies.One Witch even climbed atop an orc hut and let out a high-pitched scream:"SKREEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!"
Meanwhile, the Licker remained hidden behind a bush. Its long tongue slowly slithered out, patiently waiting for an orc to wander within reach.
SWOOSH!A blazing fireball soared from behind the zombie lines. The Fire Zombie hurled another fiery projectile—this one larger than before. BOOM!!The explosion engulfed three orcs at once. Flames spread across the village buildings, triggering even more panic among the remaining orcs.
