Chapter 60 - 59: Frozen Finale, Returning to Danmachi.
The grand hall shimmered under the glow of countless chandeliers, their light reflecting off the polished marble floors. Music filled the space as nobles, soldiers, and townsfolk twirled across the dance floor, celebrating the peace that had been restored.
At the center of it all, Elsa, dressed in an elegant ice-blue gown, swayed gracefully in time with the music. Anna and Kristoff danced nearby, the princess's laughter ringing through the hall as Kristoff attempted to keep up with her energetic pace. Even Olaf had found himself a partner, though, judging by the snowman's flailing movements, dancing was not among his many talents.
Lioro, standing at the edge of the festivities, watched in silence. This was their moment. Their celebration. Soon, he and Elsa would be gone, stepping into an entirely different world.
But before that, he had something to give them.
As the song came to a close, Elsa turned and met his gaze. She approached with a knowing look. "You're not one for dancing, are you?"
Lioro exhaled through his nose. "Not really."
Anna, overhearing, walked up with Kristoff at her side. "Well, that's no fun. A farewell party and you're just standing here?"
Kristoff nodded in agreement. "At least give it a try, man."
Lioro shook his head but reached into his coat, retrieving a small silver box. "I have something else in mind."
Their gazes immediately locked onto the box. "What's that?" Elsa asked, curious.
Lioro opened it, revealing three silver rings, each shimmering faintly under the hall's warm lighting. Intricate runes were engraved along the bands, swirling in elegant patterns, almost as if they were alive with magic.
