Lucas, their ever-cheerful tour guide, sat at the front, his voice smooth and practiced as he began pointing out various unique spots and scenic locations scattered throughout Azure Sky Bastion.
"This right here," Lucas gestured towards a towering, crystal-blue monument, "is the Collie Blue Memorial, one of the last remaining historical landmarks from Old Earth before the apocalypse."
The monument stood tall and regal, its polished blue surface shimmering beneath the artificial sky, a testament to history that most people had long forgotten.
Creed’s eyes narrowed.
He knew this place.
He had seen it before. Not in pictures. Not in books. But in his own past life.
For the first time in a long while, that lingering question—the one that had been nagging at the back of his mind ever since he woke up in this world—resurfaced with full force.
