Chapter 22: Beast Lord!
The massive gorilla bared its fangs, its crimson eyes burning with pure, primal rage. Every muscle on its towering, three-meter-tall body tensed like a coiled spring, ready to unleash absolute devastation.
Creed gritted his teeth, his fingers tightening around his spear.
His left arm ached, his shoulder felt like it was dislocated, and his energy reserves were starting to run low.
But there was no time to hesitate. If he let this thing get the upper hand, he was dead.
BOOM!
The gorilla slammed its hands against the ground, and the earth cracked.
A violent shockwave erupted, sending debris flying into the air and shaking the entire battlefield like an earthquake had just struck.
Creed's instincts screamed at him.
MOVE!
He kicked off the ground with all his strength. And not a second too soon. Because where he had been standing?
The ground had caved in!
