Chapter 193: Driven by Personal Interests
After hammering the glass seven times, a crack finally appeared and Chichi followed immediately with another smash. A significant hole was smashed open on the glass.
Seeing the things inside move with the current towards the hole, Chichi let go of the hammer and placed the rice bag on the opening.
A couple of minutes later, the bag was full of noodles, instant rice, and self-heating meals. The water bottles were still on the shelf and some of the other supplies.
Seeing this, she realized that she could take the things she already collected out then come back for more. She didn’t linger and swam with her sack towards the door then followed the stairs and went up to the third floor.
Chu Hao saw someone appear and realized it was Chichi. He rushed forward and helped her pull the sack she was dragging behind her.
Chichi was grateful for the help. She had almost given up halfway, but thinking of how she could go hungry without these supplies, she gritted her teeth and persevered.
"Take a short rest first. If you still plan to go back down, it’s better to do it when you have recovered your strength." Chu Hao said as he moved to hold her and helped her to the side.
He brought out a chair and had her sit down. It was incredible seeing him so attentive.
Chichi was too tired to care about anything that was happening. She collapsed on the chair and took off the goggles and oxygen tank.
