"I see. So he truly does fancy you. I’m glad to hear he cherishes you," Andrew smiled without an ounce of jealousy or bitterness.
Ferdinand and Alwin were both taken aback. They both thought Andrew was still interested in Arabella but his words and actions said otherwise.
"Do you like him?" Andrew asked next and Ferdinand and Alwin both concluded that he was asking this because of ulterior motives. They concluded that if Arabella said no, Andrew would take his chance to tempt her.
"Yes, he’s quite cute and charming," Arabella said and Ferdinand and Alwin choked on their own spit. They didn’t understand how Ferdinand could be those two.
Ferdinand was overwhelmed with happiness though that Arabella said she likes him even if it was to Andrew himself who asked, nonetheless.
"I see. Haha. I figured you might be since all your words about him are good. But to think you would call that buff and scary-looking man to be ’cute and charming’ is quite shocking," Andrew chuckled.
This was probably the only statement Andrew said that Ferdinand and Alwin fully agreed with.
Ferdinand had already heard it from her several times but he kept on thinking she was just kidding him. Maybe she would believe her now.
