SILVER-HEART

Chapter 161: The Story Of Yin And The Fox Guardian {9}

The wind blew against Aveline’s features, her vermilion eyes focused on the sight before her, a view that liked like heaven, with floating mountains on the skies stretching for miles, and clouds misting around the area, you could hear the high-pitched whistling sound of the eagles gracing the skies.

Aveline stood in the midst of this divine view, her black gown flapping around with the wind, one would look at this mythical scenery with much delight for that was given because the view was enough to lift one’s spirit. But Aveline’s eyes were dead to it, her eyes lifeless as she looked at everything the glory itself has to offer with nothing but a cold look.

’This world is a curse’ she thought, her voice echoing in her own head as she revolted everything that lay in view. The magic it held enough to soothe one feeling was lost gravelly to her, the ability to feel was nothing to her. She knew only balance and what she was meant to do.

She closed her eyes. ’Anything to never be in this world again’

Aveline gasped awake just as the memory stormed through her head. Her ears rang and she could barely hear anything for two minutes. But using that time she was able to force her body to sit up and hold her head just as the ringing sounds prolonged. Aveline needed no one to tell her for she knew what she saw was her past life as a yin energy in the beginning.

She could hardly believe that was her, because her past self gave off the feeling of lost expectancy and revolting everything around her like the very happiness had slipped from her grasp, far away from reach and the only thing holding her was just her two feet.

A complete opposite of what she is now... the very definition of darkness without no light.

A weak neigh sound caught her attention and the ringing sounds finally ceased and it was like the world itself started spinning. At the sound, she turned to her left and panic filled her lungs.

"Star!" she yelled, crawling weakly to her white horse. "No no no no!" she placed her hand on her mane gently soothing her as tears leaked from her eyes. "I shouldn’t have brought you here," she cried. "I’m sorry, I’m so so sorry"

Star neighs weakly and blinked and Aveline looked into her black eyes, and a message was conveyed that only she could hear. And she felt it, Star didn’t regret coming with her and she was happy to ride along until her last breath.
