Beast Alpha and His Cursed Luna

ALPHA MAVERICK’S POV

You’re all I am going to ever need. You don’t understand how much you have started to mean to me. That I care for you and desire you every possible second of my life. That you are amazing and I crave your presence.

I wanted to say all these words to her but held back as she looked at me with wide eyes just because I mentioned living together.

It was a quick cover-up. Earlier I had indeed wanted to say something like for her to live with me outside my pack if inside the pack made her uncomfortable. It wasn’t like she was a rogue that I couldn’t invite in my pack.

But when I saw the look of pure shock in her eyes, I knew I had to cover up things.

And then there was this smell on her. She might think that I didn’t notice. But the way she pushed me back as if she was covering up for something got me intrigued for real.

Why? Because after interacting with those alphas, I knew I had smelt this scent before too, and it definitely belonged to an alpha.

I was just unsure exactly who it was. The scent of blood was also thick in the air. She was naive enough to think that an Alpha as strong as me who leads the most dangerous pack wouldn’t notice little changes in her from the moment she left the room.

The little sprinkles like blood drops on her clothes were something that even she probably didn’t notice because her clothes were dirty because of Angela’s blood already.

What surprised me was the fact that it wasn’t her blood or Angela’s blood. It was the alpha’s blood.

For a girl who is related to the council to hurt an Alpha and that alpha not creating any ruckus was surely worth suspecting.
