Chapter 17: Shreya The Phoenix
The red stone began releasing some kind of energy into Kenji's cold body, and as it did that, it began to lose its own luster of life, as it's red colour was leaving.
Inside of Kenji's state of consiousness, he was surrounded by nothing more than the infinite chill of darkness," is this death?" He wondered, 'cause it didn't seem as bad as he had expected.
Boom!
Suddenly the space began shaking and quacking, as it rumbled violently, making Kenii occasionally fall down.
As he fell, he decided to stay on the ground till this death earthquake would stop, before he got back up.
Soon rather than later, the rumbling ended and Kenji got up, but was suprised to see a bright red light floating right in front of him.
Through the light, he was able to see his own words through the eyes of his dead body.
He moved closer, going closer to the light. But then he was stopped!
There was some kind of large barrier that was holding him away from reaching the red light which he so badly wants to reach.
" Go back!" A voice called out, causing Kenji to close his ears tightly, as the voice was incredibly loud.
" Who's there?" Kenji said, taking a step back out if fear of who else would be in his dead state of consiousness.
