Chapter 47: Obsessed
Beatrix knocked softly on the door of Damien’s office. It was slightly opened so she peered inside.
He was on the phone, pacing in front of his desk. His hair was messy, his feet bare but even in a shirt and jeans, he looked devilishly handsome especially when he looked up and grinned at her.
"Preferably in a week," he murmured on the phone before setting it down and leaning against the desk.
"Come here,"
Beatrix blushed and strode towards him. The moment she reached him, he pulled her into his arms and kissed her passionately.
He slowed down and trailed light, moist kisses along the curve of her neck.
"I’ve missed you." He whined.
Beatrix smiled and wrapped her arms around his waist.
"You saw me thirty minutes ago."
"Which is too long, don’t you think?" he asked, pressing a kiss on the bridge of her nose.
"I can’t imagine the hell I’ll be going through when I finally leave you. We haven’t even be together for a year and I’m already obsessed with you."
