Forbidden Cravings

Chapter 156: Wonderland Amusement Park l

The black cab hummed along the highway, the tires rolling against the asphalt as we headed toward Wonderland, the new amusement park in the city. The morning sun streamed through the windows, casting a warm glow across the leather seats and catching the faint shimmer of Aeri’s lip gloss.

She sat beside me, her legs crossed, her outfit stealing my breath every time I glanced her way—a tight white t-shirt that tightly hugged her curves, her full boobs pressing against the fabric, paired with a black mini skirt that showed off her smooth, creamy thighs. A sleek black jacket added a touch of elegance, and her white knee-high boots gave her a playful yet stunning vibe. Her dark hair fell in loose waves over her shoulders, and she looked so effortlessly beautiful that my heart kept doing little flips.

"Did you lock the door properly?" Aeri asked, her voice firm but curious, her eyes narrowing slightly as she turned to me, one eyebrow raised.

I felt a flush creep up my neck, my cheeks warming under her gaze. "Um... yeah, I did," I said, rubbing the back of my neck, my voice a little shaky. "Double-checked it and everything."

She nodded, her lips curving into a satisfied smile. "Good," she said, leaning back in her seat, her hands resting in her lap. "Wouldn’t want anyone breaking in while we’re out having fun." Her smile widened, her eyes sparkling with excitement. "This is gonna be so awesome, Ezra. Rides, games, maybe some cotton candy—I’m so ready."

"Yeah..." I said, my voice trailing off as I turned to look out the window, the city blurring past in a mix of concrete and green.

My mind was racing, and I couldn’t help the thoughts spilling over. *How am I supposed to stay cool when you’re sitting there looking so damn hot? That tight t-shirt, your boobs all puffed up, that mini skirt showing off your thighs... and that black jacket making you look like you walked out of a magazine. Even the cab driver was staring at you in the rearview mirror until I shot him a glare to make him stop.* I bit my lip, trying to keep my focus on the passing trees, but my heart was pounding.

I thought back to earlier that morning, when we were getting ready. Aeri had peeked into my room, leaning against the doorframe, her hair still damp from the shower.

"What’re you wearing today?" she’d asked, her voice casual but curious. I’d told her about my black shirt, white inner t-shirt, black pants, and white sneakers, and she’d grinned, disappearing to her room. When she came out dressed to match me—white and black, like we were a set—it made my chest feel warm, like we were connected in some small, perfect way. It was so wholesome.
