"Hold on," Kevin said and sat up as he stared at the words on the page he was reading off his phone,
"Caius dies? What bullshit is this?!"
He had let the Chapters of [To Kill a Demon Lord...] pile up because this was the last arc of the story and he wanted to just read through with no breaks and witness the happy ending. But that enjoyment was now cut short. His favorite character, Caius had met his end by the Author’s shitty writing.
"No way," Kevin mumbled and skipped ahead a few Chapters but Caius was still dead. In fact, his so-called Sacrifice was barely mentioned in later Chapters as the characters moved on to their happy endings. The story ended with no one giving a shit!
In his anger, for the first time in all his novel-reading life, Kevin drafted a ranting review targetting the Author;
