Mi Jing removed Shen Lingxing’s arm from her shoulder and was just about to turn around and lie down, but Shen Lingxing caught her. He grabbed her nightgown with one hand, picked up a pillow with the other, and placed it vertically at the head of the bed, then let her sit with her back against the pillow.

Shen Lingxing picked up the remote control on the bedside table, turned off the lights in the study and on the ceiling, leaving only a small night light emitting a dim yet warm glow.
The soft light made Mi Jing calm down, and she slowly leaned towards Shen Lingxing, resting her head on his shoulder.
"Honey, be honest, do you not like me touching you?" Shen Lingxing’s arm went around Mi Jing’s back, holding her slender waist tightly, surprisingly feeling a bit nervous.
"No." Mi Jing shook her head as she spoke.
Hearing Mi Jing’s words, Shen Lingxing felt at ease. As long as she didn’t dislike it, everything was fine. He turned his head and kissed the strands of hair on Mi Jing’s forehead, then happily said, "My baby is really lovable."

Such sweet talk sounds really nice.
