Chapter 76: meeting
The next day, Ariel gathered the spirits, the three leaders of the goblins, and Elisa to the meeting table. She informed them that Aric wanted to have discussions with all of them early in the morning.
"Where’s Aric, isn’t he better here?" Pentharis asked.
"Calm down, he had a lot to do, unlike you that barely does anything," Unara said to him.
"Are you trying to say that I do nothing around here?" Pentharis asked.
"Enough of that, we don’t have the time for this, we are here simply to discuss with Aric because he believed that you all should have a say in the next steps that we are going to take. So if you do not control yourself, you will be kicked out and kept in the dark about the changes that will follow," Ariel warned. Her serious expression told them she wasn’t joking.
"Sorry for keeping you all waiting." Aric suddenly walked in, breaking the tense atmosphere that was building up.
He walked over to the top seat and immediately sat down. "I’m sorry that we had to pull all of you here like this, but the situation demands that you will be here," Aric said.
"It’s an honor that you’ll call us for your plans, Master," Ron said.
"Thank you, Ron," Aric replied.
"Alright, let’s get into business." Ariel said. She stood up, took one of the pieces of paper from the stack that was in front of her, and read the contents.
