Chapter 58: Making Plans part 1
Aric took what Pentharis said to heart. If he wanted to get the best out of everyone, he would need to know their skills deeper. He made a mental note to do that, though now was not the time for him to be focused on that.
"I understand what you are saying. I’ll do my best," Aric replied. "Now come with me, we have something very crucial to discuss. Tell the others to come as well, to the main house," Aric said and left Pentharis.
He found Ariel and Elisa and asked them to come to the main house as well. If they were going into battle, they needed a proper plan to ensure that they didn’t lose.
Aric didn’t have the time to meet Ron to ask him to make a large table, so he decided he would buy one. He walked into the empty house and went straight to the dining area.
He used 3000 gold to purchase a large table and chairs that would take all the spirits, the three goblins, Ariel, and Elisa.
The table was a beautiful plain table, with a very dark brown wood color. It had been polished until it shined, so smooth that his finger slid over the top.
The chairs were made of the same material, having no particularly special design. He set the table up and laid the chairs, then he sat down and waited.
After a while, the door of the house swung open, and in front was Pentharis, who, of course, had to use a kick to open the door.
"That door took a long time for the goblins to make. Why would you kick it like that?" Unara, who was behind him, asked.
"If it broke after such a small kick, then maybe the goblins need to do better," Pentharis snapped back.
