Chapter 29: Getting a true name Part1
The sun was starting to set slowly. Aric had not made a place for the goblins yet, so they would need to sleep outside, but the night was cold and harsh, so he made a big fire for them as night came.
The spirits had also returned, and as soon as he saw the spirits headed his way, he knew he was in for a full banter, so he prepared himself.
"We found nothing. We spent the whole day looking around and found nothing," the first spirit to reach him said.
"Yeah, all we saw were monsters doing monster things, nothing slightly important," another one said.
And from there, the banter began. Aric had no idea how the whole thing evolved into a banter, but they went at it, so he waited for them to finish before he spoke.
"I need your help," he said.
"Again? We just got back," one said.
"Yeah, we are not your slaves, you know?" another one said.
"Yeah, treat us with more respect," another spirit added.
"It will benefit all of you greatly," Aric said, and they all went quiet for a moment.
"Okay, we are listening. What is it?" one asked.
"I have no true name, and I want to get one, so I have decided to try and communicate with a higher spirit. According to what I know now, I can get them to speak to me if I create enough spiritual turbulence.
