’Eh? Five conditions?! Well... it’s not that I’m complaining... but I hope to fulfill those five conditions soon so that Athena will officially become our hotel ambassador.’ Oliver thought to himself.
"Sure. I’ll wait for the other conditions. Please let me know soon." He let out a soft chuckle, scratching his face. "But please don’t change your mind. I will do my best to do it."
"Of course. We don’t take back our words," Lanny reassured him.
Oliver was satisfied when he heard that. "I’m going to send an invitation to you and Athena during my engagement party. I will also arrange her performance. Thank you again for giving me another chance."
"I apologize on my fiancé’s behalf," he added.
"Let’s forget about her," Lanny said meaningfully. ’We prepared a surprise for her during your engagement party...’ she thought inwardly, flashing a cunning smile.
"Is there anything you want to ask regarding the contract? I can send it to you for your review." Oliver changed the topic.
"No worries about the contract. I will review it thoroughly. By the way, regarding your fiancé, are you sure you want to marry that scandalous woman? If I were you, I would have to reconsider it. Aren’t you afraid she would ruin your family’s name?" Lanny warned him.
"Do you really like that woman?" She asked.
Oliver could only exhale deeply. "I have no choice. It’s an agreement between our families. I can’t disappoint my father. Her father and my father are friends and business partners."
Lanny just shrugged her shoulders. "Well, what if you find someone you truly like, you won’t fight for her?"
