Athena: "..."
She didn’t know whether to laugh or not after hearing Lanny’s statement.
"Are you serious? You did that to Vlad?" She asked Lanny in disbelief.
Lanny bobbed her head once again. "Yes." She grinned widely as she gave her a peace sign. "Sorry. I have to use you to discipline him and make him obey me." She scratched her face while looking guilty.
Athena could only shake her head helplessly. "You are a silly woman."
"Haha! I’m just being clever here." Lanny winked.
"You enjoy teasing your brother." Athena pinched Lanny’s cheeks.
"Hey, don’t defend him!" Lanny complained. Then she grabbed Athena’s shoulders, meeting her eyes.
"Athena, be honest with me. Do you like Vladimir too? What did you say after he confessed to you?" Lanny was curious.
Athena had complicated feelings. She liked Vladimir... but she wasn’t certain if she liked him more than just a friend.
"Your brother is an amazing guy. It’s not hard to like him or even fall in love with him. However..." Athena paused for a moment.
"However what?" Lanny asked. She hated the suspense. She was dying to hear Athena’s thoughts and feelings toward her brother, Vladimir.
