Chapter 44: Issue

Sasha and Dominique were having breakfast together when she mentioned to him what happened to her in V Club.
"Dom, the night I went out with Melissa and Liz, a group of men tried to abduct me. Fortunately, the security personnel of the club rescued me." Sasha deliberately omitted the fact Vladimir was the one who saved her.
Dominique frowned upon hearing that. "Why didn’t you tell me right away? From now on, you should also bring bodyguards with you. Don’t leave the house without a bodyguard. I’ll ask my men to investigate this."
"Okay. I’ll bring some bodyguards."
Dominique pondered who would dare do this to Sasha. "Did you offend someone?"
Sasha fell silent, trying to think of the possible mastermind who wanted to harm her. Then someone came to her mind.
"As soon as I returned from my overseas trip, I had an argument with Melody. She’s the only one whom I think has a motive to hurt me." Sasha used this chance to make Dominique hate Melody more. Besides, she suspected her.
Dominique’s expression turned grim since a member of the Williams Family might be involved with the incident.
"Are they trying to challenge me? Alfonso knows the consequences of going against me. I’ll find out if they have something to do with this incident. Once I confirm it, I’ll deal with them." Dominique would take action.
"By the way, Dominique. I have another concern. This is with regards to the upcoming product launch of W Diamond Group."
"Tell me. What is the issue? I might be of help." After handing over the chairmanship to Alfonso Williams, Dominique allowed Sasha to work in the W Diamond Group to monitor Alfonso’s movement.
