Chapter 18: Dream
"Uhm... S-Sasha, let me explain," Ashton stammered under Sasha’s scrutinizing gaze.
Sasha remained silent with pursed lips and eyebrows drawn together. Ashton said Dominique attended the Circles last night so she deduced that the auction happened there.
"Who is the woman?" Sasha inquired, her sharp gaze directed at Ashton.
"Athena! The Global Ye-Tube Sensation." Melody butted in, answering the question to provoke her more.
Both Sasha and Ashton glared at Melody. They knew she was deliberately doing this to anger Sasha and stir a conflict between the married couple.
When Sasha realized this, she finally calmed down. She shifted her gaze back to Melody, smirking confidently. Her composure was back.
’So what? Even if Dominique went to that hotel, I am certain that nothing happened between them. He is still suffering from that condition. He lacks a sex drive and he can’t get hard.’
’Furthermore, Dominique will not put himself in a situation wherein his condition will be exposed to other people. He will stay away from women as fast as he can.’
"I know him very well. He won’t cheat on me. So stop dreaming. This is my last warning. If you keep messing with us, then I’ll inform your father. Disobeying him means harsh punishment. You are going to marry Oliver Jones so you must behave." Sasha threatened Melody.
Melody’s strong facade faltered and her expression revealed her panic at the mention of her father, who had already arranged her marriage to the Jones Family.
